Elizabeth earned her Master of Social Work from Quinnipiac University and has experience providing individual counseling, group therapy, treatment planning, and case management in behavioral health and substance use treatment settings. As a bilingual clinician, she provides services in both English and Spanish, allowing her to connect with and support individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Her clinical approach is person-centered, strengths-based, and grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI). She believes every client possesses unique strengths and the capacity for growth, and she works collaboratively with each individual to identify goals, overcome obstacles, and build healthier patterns of living.
Elizabeth enjoys working with young adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress, relationship concerns, and substance use challenges. She values the mind-body connection and recognizes that emotional, physical, and social well-being are deeply interconnected components of healing.
Outside of the therapy room, Elizabeth is committed to lifelong learning and continued professional development. She strives to provide compassionate, culturally responsive care that empowers clients to move forward with confidence, resilience, and hope.
