FORMS OF PAYMENT
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept electronic payments via Stripe and select third-party payments such as Zelle. At this time, we do not accept cash or checks.
Co-pays must be paid prior to the beginning of each session.
Please contact your insurance company to discuss your coverage and co-pays prior to your first session.
Please make every effort to attend your scheduled appointments. Timeliness and consistency are both vital to obtaining the most optimal results in therapy. If you are unable to keep your appointment for any reason, you are responsible for making contact via telephone or via email.
All cancellations must be made within 24 hours of your scheduled start time. Late cancellations and/or failure to cancel an appointment within the 24-hour window are subject to penalty, including, but not limited to, the full appointment fee being charged to you.
